1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shree Computer Education website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of our website.

2. Course Enrollment

The following rules apply to course enrollment:

• Enrollment is subject to course availability and payment of the applicable fee (online or at the institute)
• It is the student's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment
• Online course purchase gives access to the course videos/materials for the enrolled duration through the student login
• The institute reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion

3. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Poori refund process kab milega kab nahi — dedicated Refund Policy page par padhein.

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your card/bank details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them
• A payment receipt is generated after a successful purchase — please keep it for your records
• Coupons / offers: each coupon is single-use, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time
• Refunds: fees once paid are non-refundable, except when a course is cancelled by the institute or a duplicate payment is made — in such cases the refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
• Fees paid at the institute are governed by the same refund rules

4. Study Materials & Notes

All study materials, notes, and resources provided by Shree Computer Education are for personal educational use only.

• Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of materials without written permission is strictly prohibited
• Sharing notes on social media without prior permission is not allowed
• All materials are intellectual property and are protected under copyright laws

5. Student & Franchise Accounts

Student login accounts:

• Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity under your account
• For security, an account works on one device at a time; logging in on a new device ends the old session
• After 7 repeated wrong passwords, the account locks for 10 minutes as a protection measure
• Sharing accounts or using another student's account is not allowed

Franchise / Centre accounts:

• Certificates may be created only for genuine students who have actually completed the course
• Certificate creation is chargeable from the centre's balance, as set by the institute
• Creating fake certificates or misusing the system is a punishable offence and leads to immediate account termination plus legal action

The institute may suspend or terminate any account (student or franchise) in case of misuse, without a refund.

6. Certificate Validity & Verification

Certificates issued by Shree Computer Education are valid and verifiable through our official website.

• Forgery or misuse of certificates is a punishable offence
• Creating or using fake certificates may result in legal action
• The verification page shows limited certificate details (student name, father's name, course, percentage, issue date and photo) so that employers can confirm authenticity
• The verification service is for manual, legitimate verification only — automated scraping or bulk downloading of certificate data is prohibited (search limits and captcha are in place)

7. Free Online Tools

Our free tools (Resume Builder, PDF & image tools, calculators, mock tests etc.) are provided for personal and educational use.

• Your files are processed in your own browser — they are not uploaded to our servers
• Tool output is provided "as is" — please check important documents (resumes, PDFs, invoices) before relying on them
• Automated or bulk use of the tools is not allowed
• Tools may be modified or withdrawn at any time

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and respect within the institute premises
• Behave respectfully toward faculty and staff
• Adhere to class timings and schedules
• Take care of institute property and equipment
• Use the website, tools and verification service honestly — no fake certificates, scraping, or misuse of accounts

The institute reserves the right to cancel enrollment in cases of misconduct, without any fee refund.

9. Website Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Shree Computer Education.

• No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission
• Commercial use of any website content is strictly prohibited
• Sharing links and referring others to our website is welcome

10. Limitation of Liability

Shree Computer Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of the website and apologize for any technical issues that may arise.

Course videos are played through embedded YouTube players, payments are handled by Razorpay, and free tools output is generated in your browser — we are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by these third-party services. Always verify important documents before use.
